I am overall happy with the quality of the property, considering the challenges faced by all builders during Covid period. Like all new homes, there had been some defects and Pebble Green has been very responsive to help us address, they are reasonably flexible with the warranty period when some issues did not surface in the first few months. They even got the main contractor / came down personally to supervise persistent leaking issue which was eventually resolved.
